Refund Policy
Due to the digital and service-based nature of ScholarOS™, all payments made are generally non-refundable once access, consultation, or service delivery has been initiated.
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payment due to technical or payment gateway errors
- Payment successfully made, but access or service was not initiated within the committed timeline
- Exceptional cases reviewed and approved at the sole discretion of Dr. Riki Saini
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Cancellation Policy
Users may request cancellation of an ongoing subscription or service (if applicable) before the next billing cycle.
Cancellation requests must be made through the official communication channels listed on rikisaini.com.
Please note:
- Cancellation requests do not automatically qualify for a refund
- Services already delivered, consultations completed, or digital resources shared remain chargeable and non-refundable
